Big shopping centres are brilliant when you know what you're looking for, and exhausting when you don't. That's where I come in. I'm Kelly Harvey-Welsh, a London College of Style trained personal stylist, and you may have seen me on Lakeside's social channels.

• Before the day: a free 15-minute call to talk through your style, your budget and what you need.
• On the day: three hours together at Lakeside. I'll steer you to the shops and pieces that suit you, from high street to premium, and take the guesswork out of the fitting room.
• Afterwards: you leave with outfits that work together, not just a bag of separate buys.

Any budget works. We agree it before the trip, and my job is to make it go further.
